OUR TEST OF THE VOLKL RISE ABOVE 88 W
MANUFACTURER’S OPINION
In the Rise Above 88 W, we find the excellent skiability that Völkl is known for, particularly thanks to the straight sidewalls. This modern women’s touring ski is secure on hard snow and comfortable in powder with wide tips. There is a new “Smart Skin Clip” system: functional and easily usable in both directions, developed by Kohla with Smart Glue and Fibre Tech technology. The Smart Glue Skin is an adhesive that requires less force to remove the skins, especially when they are stuck together.
