the Solar and the Skorpius, La Sportiva’s flagship models for classic touring, are renewed. Among the new features, there is the appearance of a BOA system instead of the lower buckle, a new tongue, and a new liner.
The Skorpius CR II is equipped with a carbon-reinforced Pebax shell that is stiffer than the Solar II, which has a Pebax shell.
The Solar II weighs 2370g per pair in size 26.5. The latter is available in a women’s version named Stellar II at 2150g per pair in 24.5. The Skorpius CR II is announced at 2380g per pair in 26.5 with a unisex version.
