Plum is a French manufacturer specializing in ski touring bindings, based in Haute-Savoie at the foot of Mont Blanc. Founded in 2005 by the Felisaz family, the company designs, machines and assembles all of its bindings in France. The Oazo II becomes Plum’s entry-level touring binding for skiers who prioritize low weight. Weighing just 200 g per binding, it retains a minimalist design while introducing several improvements, including 25 mm of boot length adjustment, an adjustable lateral release from DIN 4 to 10, and a fixed vertical release. It is designed for ski tourers looking for a simple, reliable and exceptionally lightweight binding for long days in the mountains.

Positioned above the Oazo II, the Serak features a completely redesigned toe piece for easier step-in and introduces Plum’s new ski flex compensation system, a first for the brand. Lateral release is adjustable from DIN 4 to 10, while the vertical release remains fixed (4, 6 or 8 depending on the installed U-spring). An optional removable ski brake allows skiers to tailor the binding to their needs.

The Kairn remains Plum’s most versatile touring binding. It shares the same ski flex compensation system as the Serak while adding fully adjustable release values, three easy-to-use climbing risers and standard automatic ski brakes that can easily be removed. It is designed for ski tourers looking for maximum versatility, safety and downhill performance.

In the Race category, Plum continues to offer the S170, R170, R140 and R130, all developed for competitive ski mountaineering where every gram matters.

For freeride touring, the Karibou remains the flagship model. Its patented ski flex compensation system, positioned beneath the toe piece, provides 8 mm of elasticity, complemented by 4 mm of heel travel, improving ski flex, power transmission and durability under heavy loads.

Finally, the Guide remains unchanged. A long-standing reference in Plum’s lineup, it continues to offer outstanding reliability for long tours, multi-day traverses and alpine expeditions.
