Dynafit Ski Touring Boots

Dynafit offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of ski touring boots, from ultralight models designed for ski mountaineering and racing to more powerful boots aimed at freerando. For the 2026/2027 season, the range is structured around the DNA, Mezzalama, TLT, Blacklight, Seven Summits, Radical, Ridge and Tigard families, with models covering virtually every type of ski touring.

– DNA and Mezzalama: Dynafit’s lightest and most specialised boots are designed for ski mountaineering and racing, with constructions primarily focused on minimum weight and fast transitions.

– TLT: a historic name in the Dynafit range, the TLT family remains focused on lightweight ski touring and big vertical days. It prioritises uphill efficiency, generous freedom of movement and low weight, with several variants offering different fits, constructions and performance levels.

– Blacklight: with an even stronger performance focus, the Blacklight range bridges the gap between racing and traditional ski touring. It targets fast and demanding ski tourers looking for a lightweight, precise boot for long ascents and technical alpine terrain.

– Seven Summits: the more accessible Seven Summits focuses on comfort, simplicity and versatility. It provides an interesting entry point into the Dynafit range for classic recreational ski touring.

– Radical: the Radical family is designed around a balance between uphill comfort and downhill performance. For 2026/2027, the Radical Pro receives a new one-piece Flex Tongue, a new Vibram sole and a Boot Board providing additional fit customisation. It retains the Hoji Lock system, 60° range of motion and a generous 104 mm last. The men’s Radical Pro is listed at 1,380 g with a stated flex of 120, while the Radical Pro W weighs 1,270 g with a stated flex of 110.

– Ridge: the Ridge range occupies a particularly versatile position, with a modern construction designed to combine uphill efficiency with a more substantial downhill-oriented structure. It targets ski tourers looking for more support than a TLT while retaining a configuration suitable for long days in the mountains.

– Tigard: at the downhill-oriented end of the range, the Tigard is clearly positioned for freerando. Its Hoji Lock system connects the shell and cuff in ski mode to create a more rigid structure for the descent, while its generous range of motion retains genuine touring capability. Its GripWalk sole and broad binding compatibility make it suitable for skiers alternating between ski touring, freeride and resort skiing.

With this extensive range, Dynafit covers virtually every type of ski touring: racing with the DNA, big vertical days with the TLT and Blacklight, versatile touring with the Seven Summits, Radical and Ridge, and freerando with the Tigard. For 2026/2027, the main documented update is the redesigned Radical Pro, which receives several changes while retaining the Hoji Lock system that defines the model.
