Dalbello Ski Touring Boots
For the 2026/2027 season, Dalbello offers a complete range of ski touring and freerando boots, built around two main families: the Quantum range, dedicated to touring and lightweight performance, and the Cabrio Free range, with a much stronger focus on downhill skiing. These two approaches allow the Italian brand to cover a broad spectrum, from lightweight ski touring to freerando with wider skis.
Dalbello Quantum: from lightweight ski touring to versatile touring
The Quantum family forms the core of Dalbello’s ski touring boot range. The different series use Bonded Shell construction, developed to combine low weight, anatomical shaping, rigidity and walking efficiency. The Quantum EVO is the lightest in the range, with the EVO Pro weighing just 1,050 g per boot and offering 65° of range of motion. It is available as the EVO Pro, EVO Sport and women’s versions, with 99 or 101 mm lasts depending on the model. The Quantum Free shifts the focus further towards the descent while remaining very light. The range includes the Quantum Free Pro, Free and Free W, with weights between 1,200 and 1,300 g, a 100 mm last and the same 65° range of motion. The Free Pro notably features a stated flex of 130. Finally, the new Quantum Space range places greater emphasis on comfort with a generous 102 mm last. It is available as the Quantum Space Pro, Space and Space Sport, with weights ranging from 1,265 to 1,300 g and stated flex ratings from 100 to 120.
Dalbello Cabrio Free: downhill performance and freerando
For skiers who prioritise downhill performance, Dalbello offers the Cabrio Free range. Its three-piece Cabrio construction is designed to provide progressive flex, direct power transmission and shock absorption, while retaining a walk mode with 65° of range of motion. The Cabrio LV Free, with its precise 99 mm last, is topped for 2026/2027 by the new Cabrio LV Free Pro. Its stated 130+ flex, carbon-composite polyamide cuff and Pebax Rnew tongue make it the most performance-oriented model in the family. It is joined by the Cabrio LV Free 130, 120 and 105 W. For skiers looking for more internal volume, the Cabrio MV Free uses a 101 mm last and is available in 120, 100 and 95 W versions, all retaining 65° of range of motion.
With the Quantum EVO, Quantum Free and Quantum Space on the touring side, and the Cabrio LV Free and Cabrio MV Free on the freerando side, Dalbello covers most ski touring requirements for 2026/2027, from lightweight uphill-focused boots to more substantial models designed around downhill performance.
