Dalbello Ski Touring Boots

Dalbello is an Italian ski boot manufacturer with an increasingly interesting ski touring range.
The Quantum is one of this season’s flagship products from a brand that had previously focused mainly on the freeride/touring segment. With the Quantum, Dalbello is entering the classic and even ultra-light touring market! In fact, weighing in at under 2 kg per pair, the Quantum is available in four versions:

  • Quantum Evo: Polyamide/Carbon shell (2000 g per pair in size 26.5)

  • Quantum Evo Sport: Pure Polyamide shell (2260 g in size 26.5)

  • Quantum Space: new for 2024/2025, offering more width for greater comfort

  • Quantum Free (formerly Quantum Free 110): flex rating 110, 2460 g per pair

  • Quantum Free Pro (formerly Quantum Free 130): flex rating 130, 2500 g per pair

Dalbello also introduces the new Cabrio boots, replacing the Lupo models. They feature a distinctive 3-piece shell construction that makes them easier to put on. Several improvements have been made, including a lower foot position for better snow contact, adjustable forward lean, a new locking system, and a quick-release strap buckle, among others. The tongue remains removable to optimize uphill mobility.

The Cabrio Free range, which unlike the standard Cabrio models includes tech inserts, is available in four versions:

  • Cabrio Free 130: the stiffest version, weighing 3800 g per pair in size 26.5

  • Cabrio Free Lite: a lighter version at 3580 g per pair in size 26.5, similar in weight to the current Lupo AX 120

  • Cabrio Free 120: a softer flex version, 3800 g per pair in size 26.5

  • Cabrio Free 105 W: a women’s-specific version
