OUR REVIEW OF THE MAJESTY SUPERSCOUT CARBON

Following the construction change, we retested the Superscout Carbon. The behavior is largely similar. Unlike the Superwolf, its predecessor, the Superscout offers a more specialized program. It excels in spring conditions and on mountain routes, offering excellent grip, great maneuverability, and good lightness both uphill and downhill. Its shape with a lot of camber and a fairly stiff flex reflects this behavior well. However, as soon as the snow becomes deep or variable, the Superscout can become less stable and more difficult to control. Less experienced skiers will quickly encounter its limits, while more experienced skiers may find it more versatile. In the end, a touring ski to be recommended rather as a second pair for long spring outings in the mountains.
