Fischer structures its 2026/2027 ski touring boot range around two clearly differentiated families: the Travers, focused on lightweight touring, and the Transalp, featuring a more substantial construction and a more versatile positioning. Fischer’s catalogue places both families within its dedicated “Tour” category.

Fischer Travers: the lightweight touring range
The Travers family includes Fischer’s lightest ski touring boots. For 2026/2027, the range is headed by the Travers Carbon Pro, with a stated weight of 1,070 g per boot in size 26.5. It combines a CARBONFUSED® shell and cuff, BOA H4 closure system, Vibram Litebase sole and Double Lock ski/walk mechanism. The range also includes the Travers CS, which is very close in weight at 1,060 g but uses a Grilamid construction. The Travers Tour weighs 1,100 g and features a fully rubberised Vibram sole. It is also available as the Travers Tour WS, with a specific Slim liner. Finally, the Travers TS 1.0 and TS 1.0 WS are the most accessible models in the family, featuring a TPU shell, BOA M3 closure system and a stated weight of 1,190 g.

Fischer Transalp: a more versatile construction
The Transalp family complements the range with heavier boots and an architecture designed for a more versatile approach to ski touring. The range is notably headed by the Transalp Carbon Pro, which incorporates carbon into its construction and represents the top-end model in the family. For 2026/2027, Fischer has simplified the Transalp range: unlike previous seasons, the Transalp Tour is no longer listed in the catalogue. The family therefore focuses on a smaller number of models, with the Carbon Pro as its flagship option.

With the Travers on one side and the Transalp on the other, Fischer covers two major approaches to ski touring: particularly lightweight boots for touring and big vertical days, and models with a more substantial construction for skiers looking for greater versatility.
