The SCOTT Cosmos Tour is the new version of the iconic Cosmos III. The perfect blend of lightness, flexibility, and comfort for the demanding conditions of high mountain ski touring. The new Cabrio Hybrid construction ensures optimal cuff mobility for climbing, while providing the skier with solid support in turns. Simple, solid, and safe, the new Rear Hook walk system (rear lever) ensures excellent energy transfer during ski descents and great mobility when walking. This boot is made of Grilamid® material and has a flexibility index of 120 AT. Its handling has been improved to facilitate buckle adjustment and putting on the boots.

Lightness: The Scott Cosmos Tour is renowned for its lightness. It is constructed with lightweight materials such as Grilamid, allowing skiers to climb more easily and quickly during mountain ascents.
Flexibility: This ski touring boot offers a good compromise between stiffness and flexibility. It has a flex of 120, allowing for efficient power transmission during descents while maintaining some flexibility to facilitate walking during ascents.
Locking system: The Scott Cosmos Tour is equipped with a locking system that allows for quick switching from ski mode to walk mode. This system allows the boot cuff to be locked in an upright position for better stability and efficiency in descent, and unlocked for greater freedom of movement during ascents.
Thermoformable liner: The boot comes with a thermoformable liner that perfectly adapts to the shape of each skier’s foot. This allows for a personalized fit for optimal comfort and better skiing performance.
Vibram sole: The outer sole of the boot is made by Vibram, a brand renowned for its non-slip and wear-resistant soles. This offers excellent grip and increased durability, which is essential during technical passages or approach walks in the mountains.
Compatibility with bindings: The Scott Cosmos Tour is compatible with ski touring bindings with inserts (tech system) as well as with classic alpine ski bindings with heel pieces. This offers great versatility for skiers who want to use the same pair of boots for different skiing practices.
