Distributed by Camp and still quite discreet in France, Contour is an Austrian brand based in Tyrol. Its range, deliberately simple, offers two types of skins (mixed or mohair) and two glue systems (classic or hybrid).
We tested both. The hybrid versions stand out for their great practicality: they can be easily stored glue to glue, peel off effortlessly, and maintain excellent adhesion to the base. The classic glue models remain effective but are a bit less convenient to handle.
The hybrid system is based on two distinct layers: an adhesive layer that ensures reliable but easily detachable fixation on the base, and a lower layer ensuring a permanent bond with the skin. No re-gluing is necessary: adhesion is simply reactivated by cleaning.
