PRESENTATION

The Explore 30 Switch is a 30 L avalanche airbag backpack designed for ski touring enthusiasts, combining lightness, modularity, and maximum safety. Thanks to its REACTOR 2.0 system, it features two balloons totaling 150 L to optimize the chances of staying on the surface in case of an avalanche. Weighing approximately 1,950 g (cover + system) without the cartridge, it is among the compact and high-performance models on the market. The frame is compatible with the modular SWITCH system: it is possible to change the cover according to use (tour, freeride…) without replacing the airbag base. Its 30 L volume allows you to carry the essentials for a full day in the mountains: safety equipment, clothing, food, accessories. Access to the main compartment is via a large front opening, and a lower pocket accessible without removing the bag is dedicated to skins, crampons, gloves, or a water bottle.

In terms of carrying and organization, it offers:

The cover is made from recycled materials; the fabrics are durable (polyamide in 420D / 630D, recycled polyester linings) to withstand winter conditions. The “Low Profile” design integrating the airbag into the bag optimizes balance and reduces bulk. The Explore 30 Switch is certified according to the EN 16716 standard (European standard for avalanche airbag backpacks) and meets TÜV / GS criteria.
