The new Almonte insert binding from TYROLIA combines exceptional features for ascents and unmatched performance for descents. This innovative product brings together the best qualities of ski touring in a single binding. The toe piece stands out with its ergonomic lever, which can be operated with a pole or manually, and a simplified boot insertion. Thanks to an optimized and narrower open pin position, the correct positioning of the boot is facilitated, making the binding quick and intuitive.

The heel piece of the Tyrolia Almonte is remarkable for its extremely easy transition between walk and ski modes, accompanied by an automatic brake that keeps all locking parts inside, thus preventing icing. For a comfortable ascent, the binding offers three climbing aid angles (0°, 6.5°, and 12°). Additionally, the included spacer allows for fine-tuning the adjustment between the boot and the binding, optimizing energy transfer for maximum downhill performance.

DURABILITY

Following the motto “Explore new paths,” TYROLIA has adopted an innovative approach in the use of materials. All plastic parts of the binding are made from renewable raw materials, highlighting a commitment to sustainability. With a lightweight of only 325 g, including the brake, the Almonte 10 stands out as a reference in pin bindings.
