PRESENTATION

The Millet Trilogy E2 35 is a 35 L electric avalanche backpack designed for committed alpine touring, combining safety, lightness, and modularity. It features the Alpride E2 system, more compact and efficient than the previous version, with a 162 L cushion, rechargeable via USB-C and supplemented by AA batteries as a backup.

The total weight (bag + system) is about 2,410 g for the standard version, placing it in the “reasonable and usable daily pack” category. The fabric combines Dyneema 200D and nylon 420D, ensuring high resistance with a weight gain.

Access to the main volume is through a full front zip opening and a roll-top. The bag includes sleeves for a shovel and probe, as well as diagonal ski attachments, an ice axe holder, and a loop for a rope. The carrying system uses the X Lighter Back™ concept, with ventilated back cushions and ergonomic shoulder straps. The chest strap is adjustable and removable; a leg-loop strap is provided to keep the bag in place in case of an avalanche.

This bag is designed to be modular — the airbag system is removable, allowing it to be used as a bag without an airbag as needed. It is aimed at ski tourers looking for sufficient volume for a day or a small raid, while benefiting from high-end safety technology, robust design, and balanced ergonomics.
