Decathlon touring skis

For the 2025/2026 season, Decathlon reaffirms its commitment to ski touring with a now well-structured and stable range under the name Wilder. After several seasons of development, the generalist sports brand is now establishing itself as a serious player in the ski touring world, offering technical, accessible, and competitively priced models.

The Wilder collection consists of three skis, covering a wide range of uses and skier profiles. The Wilder 85 (85 mm underfoot) returns unchanged this season — a direct successor to the MT85 — with only a new topsheet design to visually align it with the rest of the range. This lightweight and versatile ski remains a reliable option for classic outings and long approaches.

The Wilder 95 and Wilder 102, introduced last season, are also back for 2025/2026 without changes. Featuring a carbon fiber construction, these models offer an excellent weight-to-performance ratio, appealing to ski tourers seeking solid downhill performance without adding extra weight on the ascent. The Wilder 95 weighs in at 2480 g per pair in 170 cm, while the Wilder 102 comes in at 2700 g per pair in 175 cm — very competitive figures in their category, especially considering their attractive price point.

These skis are available in a package with the Tyrolia Almonte 10 binding (with ski brakes), which adds only 680 g per pair. The full package, including climbing skins, is offered at €800 — making it one of the best value-for-money deals on the market for ski touring gear with no compromise.

With the Wilder 2025/2026 range, Decathlon continues to offer a credible alternative to specialist brands, combining accessibility, performance, and long-term commitment — supporting ski tourers from beginner to advanced levels.
